Join me every Wednesday at 20:30 online for a gentle 30–45 minute session to unwind, release tension, and reset for the week.

Tao Face Yoga is a practice that connects facial movement, breath, and inner awareness.

It activates the whole body, improves circulation, reduces stress,

and supports both inner balance and a naturally lifted, radiant face.

We will focus on the jaw and the eyes through a series of different face exercises.

Our jaw holds a lot of stress, and when we release it, the body can shift into a calmer state.  Going to sleep in this way allows us to truly rest.

We will also bring attention to the eyes. Nowadays, we spend a lot of time looking at screens, so taking care of our eyes is important.

During this 30–45 minute session, we will move slowly, combining gentle exercises with moments of awareness and rest. The intention is to help you unwind, release built-up tension, and leave you feeling more at ease in your face and body.

​

More than ever, it is essential to have a regular practice that calms the nervous system. We are constantly “on”—doing, watching, or listening to something.

​This is a space to step away from that, return to stillness, and give yourself time to simply be.

​
